Cheryl A. Ward

Cheryl A. Ward is an associate attorney with Maxwell Attorneys LLC. Cheryl primarily practices criminal defense and family law. She has handled cases ranging from the simple misdemeanor to the complex drug felony. She has handled all aspects for family court cases including, but not limited to: contested divorces, child custody cases, child support and placement issues. She is a strong advocate for her clients and works hard to achieve the results that will make a difference in her client’s lives.

Cheryl is licensed to practice by the Supreme Court of Wisconsin and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. She received her law degree from Northern Illinois University and her Bachelor of Arts from University of Wisconsin- Madison with a degree in English.

Cheryl’s primary practice areas include: criminal defense, family law, divorce, custody, child support, paternity, and work as guardian ad litem. Cheryl is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Milwaukee Bar Young Lawyers Association, the Waukesha Bar Association and the Association for Women Lawyers.
